When you are the CEO of a company, you are only as good as the staff that works under you and this reflects in the quality of your product or service. In the case of the Princiotta group, the quality of our homes is a direct reflection of the quality of the staff working for us. Many have been with the company for years and it shows in the quality of workmanship that goes into our homes. And among those that are relatively new to the company, each brings with them a great deal of experience in their respective fields, adding to the overall professionalism of our team..

Meet our staff

The Princiotta staff consists of a dedicated group of professionals, providing expertise in every facet of home construction.

Concezio has been with the Princiotta Group for over 7 years and his primary function is the Manager of home construction sites.

However, Concezio's talents and experience in all facets of the industry lead him to best be described as a "Master, Jack of all Trades" !

Justine holds the dual role of Client Liason and Interior Design Consultant. Justine is an interior designer by trade and handles the interior design concepts for each of our homes, working closely with each client to ensure that they have full input on all interior design decisions, from fixtures, to colour schemes.

It is Justine's responsibility to ensure that each client is 100% satisfied with what they see, once they walk through the front door of their dream home.

Tony, following in his father's footsteps, is getting involved in the company from the ground up.

Tony is currently handling interior site finishing, with desires of becoming a 3rd generation Princiotta, Master Home Builder.

As CEO of the Princiotta Group of Companies, Joe Princiotta views 'quality' as the most important element in every construction project.

And this idea of quality transcends beyond the craftsmanship put into the physical elements of each home or commercial project, to the inherant characteristicsof his dedicated staff.

As General Manager of construction, Peter utilizes his vast experience in custom home construction, both with Princiotta and his own custom home building company, to ensure that Princiotta's high standards of quality and craftsmanship are met in both housing and commercial projects.

Maria has been with the Princiotta Group since 2005 and is the Office Manager and Comptroller of Princiotta Construction. Maria has over 10 years of experience in all financial aspects of the construction industry.

Maria also acts as a facilitator for clients, helping to outline all budgetary and financial processes, as well as coordinating information requests throughout the construction of each home.

Carmen is the longest serving employee of the Princiotta Group with over 20 years of service.

Carmen acts as the principal machine operator and mechanic as well as ensuring sites are properly cleared and prepped for construction.
